Each room is 12" x 14" in size (or larger) with an expansive window, double closet, single bed and lockable door for increased privacy.
There are telephone plugs in each room that can be connected at an additional charge based on current Roger's or Bell Canada rates.
The residence is centrally air conditioned and heated. Additional fans/heaters may be installed at the resident's expense with permission from the management.
Televisions are available in both the lounge on the ground floor and in the sitting area on the second floor. There are also cable connections in each room and our staff will be happy to assist you with the connection of your own service.
A wheelchair lift at the front entrance with a ramp being built for access through the back of the building makes this residence fully handicap accessible.
All rooms are smoke-free except for designated smoking areas. We do ask that you smoke outside whenever possible.
